Feral Howl is next to useless. Pump 1 into it maybe, just to have the ability.
Killer Effects is next to useless.

Howl and Effects will NOT save you in a pinch. Feral Howl will most likely NOT save you (i.e. terrorise a mob). It sucks against anything that is NM or Tough and above. Killer Effects will NOT intimidate the mob you're fighting on that deciding blow. You're gonna die.

(ask any BST)

If it saved you, got you lucky.
