The last time I used it the swings seemed mega slow...even with haste and low-delay weapons. It was darn worse than some of the 2h weapons without the fun straps and no haste to me. After I get me a new dagger, some woodsman's rings and a dragon harness I'm gonna equip a shield and run with it...
