| Re: What's the stupidest thing you've done in FFXI? 1) Deciding not to use my RR earring on the 4th floor of Promy-Holla. I've done about a dozen promy runs with my LS as WHM, and the the ONE freaking time I decline to use a charge is the ONE time that our party gets aggro on the way to the NM. Our leader aggro'd some mob and told us to run for the zone. In our mad dash across the zone, we picked up a few more aggroing mobs, and one thought I looked tasty. The leader and I died, inches from the zone, and we both had to HP, and our party had to return to the 1st floor and help us make the climb all over again. At least we won, eventually.
2) Bidding 8k for a stack of Moko Grass when I meant to bid on Mohbwa Grass. They are right next to each other on the AH, and the icon is the same too. At least it was only 8k, but I still felt like an idiot. |
