Hate Control is *everyones* job, not just the Thf. It means knowing how much enmity you make and holding back enough so that you're at peak efficiency without pulling hate from the tank. Like a melee not stacking all their buffs then dropping a massive WS at the start of a fight, a Blm knowing not to chain nuke, Rngs knowing not to pull with Barrage and healings knowing not to spam curaga mid fight.

And on that note, 1st/2nd Voke has nothing to do with backup tanking and everything to do with SA set up.

Backup healing/nuke is PART of Support. Support's job is to support the party anyway they can, through buffs, debuffs AND backup healing/nuking. It's part of the job.
