Its interesting they are all Freelancers for Campaign. Its been figured out how to recruit the latter two (talk to Dalzakk as a MNK a crap ton of times, zoning after each talk and gather crimson chigoe up from ??? for Choh Moui) but no one can figure out how to recruit Azima. Maybe this will make it more clear.
