COR already has a TP buff - Samurai Roll.
I pretty much assume that Dancer's Roll will be Melee Haste and Scholar's Roll will be -% Recast. Given COR plays off of job traits and neither job offers anything new in that regard, I'm placing my bets SE will be giving us a split Haste to compete with, but not replace Haste in its other forms.
