Real BRD players would know better, but as a mostly mage player, all I can think of are those HP -> MP conversion gears--slap on an Astral Ring or two, lose HP, then swap them out for real BRD rings, etc.

Since you're BRD75, try to obtain some of the
Dalmatica Set? Lot's of HP -> MP conversion there.
