Try looking at the "Introduction to All Server" thread. If nothing there, then post in the Ramuh sub-forum.

Edit:

You need to list which time zone you're in, and days of the week plus time of the day you can play. May also want to consider putting off Dynamis until after you've hit Lv.75.
