If you're just now getting to genkai 4, don't even worry about Maat's Cap. You're a long way from it. Many of us here have been playing since release and only a handful of us have more than a few jobs at level 75, let alone 15.
Consider it more of a nice perk for wasting months of your life on jobs you'll never play again, rather than a specific goal to work towards, and you're probably right on the money.
