FFXI in-game settings, including macros, are all located under C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI\USER in a typical install. POL Viewer settings are stored in C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\pub\h ome01 (or home02 for second acount, home03 for third, etc. I think home00 is just a template, you don't need to preserve it.).
