Hmm.... I'm actually a bit confused over this quest now I think.
I went round all the npc's in Sandy yesterday to talk to them, (ones for the points noted on the badge) and even noted down the names from the link which "Taskmage" posted for me so I would know who to speak to in particular.
But for some odd reason, I wasn't getting that short message from any of them.
(where they're supposed to say something a bit like --your sentinal badge flashes brightly--) |
You're not getting the message because you already did the quest.
And no, you do not need to do the quest in all the cities to use only one. You do the quest in each city to use the warp NPC in each city.
