There are converters out there that should do it. However, the music itself is already widely available as an mp3. If you use iTunes, it's available in the store. All of the FFXI soundtracks are there and you can purchase the whole album or just individual tracks. However, if you utilize less reputable methods of obtaining mp3s I'm sure you can find the track that way too.
