It'll be long, but, if your rather wide estimate is correct, then it is quite likely that your chocobo will be auto-retired when you finish the care cs. Then you can start with a new chocobo. Even if that chocobo was still available for care, I would recommend you retire it--it won't be very cool.
In the future, if you have a specific question, I would advise creating a new thread with the question as the title rather than adding on to a thread that is more general or not specifically related to your question.
