Q: I deleted my unwanted FINAL FANTASY XI characters, but I was still charged a monthly usage fee for those characters.
A: If you no longer use a FINAL FANTASY XI character, you must cancel the corresponding Content ID. After cancelling the Content ID, you will not be charged from the next month onward. Note that deleting a character does not cancel the Content ID itself. To cancel the Content ID, go to the Service & Support page, select "Membership," then "Content ID," then "Cancel."
Might not be exactly like your problem, but I think I did the same way of cancelling since I couldn't install the game or whatever. |
