| Did S/E mess up? I've been wondering this for some time. Since the update when they gave BLU some lower level throwing weapon use. But they forgot to give them a skill in it. They however gave PUP a throwing skill of C+ but no logical throwing items (till the lvl70 all jobs ones and beside ammo that no one ever intentially throws) I don't understand why they would put a job on the list to use of an item, yet don't give them a skill in it.
