| Re: where to get the ice effect?? Beaucedine Glacier, Xarcabard, and Uleguerand Range are the only outdoor zones in the game that have regular occurrences of blizzard weather. Batallia Downs has snow, as Onionsoilder mentioned, but it is horribly rare - I think I may have seen snow there twice in over three years of play. Unless you're feeling like you can win a lottery, your only choice is to go to Beaucedine Glacier (since both Xarcabard and Uleguerand connect to Beaucedine via the path on foot).
