| Re: Where is the best place to pull up Rusty Subligar If you're looking to clear the "Like a Shining Leggings" and "Like a Shining Subligar" quests, visit the Zeruhn Mines. There's a small pond at H-11 that yields only crayfish, tricolored carp, black eel, rusty buckets, rusty leggings, and rusty subligar.
For best results, I recommend switching your moghancement to Moghancement: Fishing (items) to improve item catch rate, and using a lure that will not attract any fish - fly lure or minnow will work. Use a sturdy rod like a Halcyon, Mithran, Hume or Composite, since the rusty subligar has a small chance to break smaller rods.
Skill doesn't matter when catching items, since they're all skill level 0, and are equally easy to catch at any level.
