| Where is the best place to pull up Rusty Subligar Sorry for the noobie question. But where is the best place to pull rusty subligar up. I tried a few different places and have yet to pull one up. My fishing skill is at 7 and I'm trying to avoid turning to AH for this because I wanna get 10 to do the ninja scroll quest. AH is just too expensive. Thank you in advance for the advice. |
