WRT to learning... SolarWind will not and I assume can not learn Gallop. I've been drilling Impatient since I got it, but he won't pick it up despite having high Strength. I'm going to bet that Discernment is required to learn any ability regardless of whether or not having a high score in the related stat proves to boost this. From what I've seen, abilities are learned well at Impressive Discernment or better and you won't need more than just that, but I can't recall which abilities these were. |
