Most times I prefer Dia on a mob, especially crabs. But if the tank is PLD or the NIN tank is getting hit, and the melees are doing good damage, I'd rather have Bio. Lowering damage to tank means less healing and less MP spent by the WHM. Which leads to faster chains.
If we go the Bio route, I tend to use Choke to lower VIT to try to help compensate for the lack of Dia. Though most times I can't convince the party to go Bio. |
I should have explained my Lv61 reasoning further, it's already capped on my drk, so it wil be capped on my BLM too. As for convincing parties to use bio well I've given up on that, if the decide to use bio I'm sure they'll let me know =P
