I have tried using flee and then hopping on a crag chocobo. It did not add any additional speed. Could you imagine if it did? You'd zoom through the zone in no time. People would probably think you were speedhacking, though.
I do believe that Chocobo Mazurka and Flee stack, though. At least it seemed faster. Now I want to test it.
