it says here if a mission is skippable and what you need to do to skip it.

I give up! It DEFINITELY does NOT SAY in that link whether you can skip misssions or not! (have you given me the correct link?)
It just gives you tables on the names of the misions for each city, and links on walkthru's for them! BAH!
