I do agree with you on this. However, if you're not wanting to level the needed job, or do what is needed to complete said mission, then there's not much you can do w/o asking for help. And isn't that what friends are for? To help each other with things, because alot of the things I've accomplished in game came with help from my in-game and RL friends who play it.
