| Re: Graphics converter 3 problem When I'm making an alpha map for a texture that didn't already have one, I simply copy the original texture and paste it as a new image, then black out what I want to be transparent and fill white around those blacked out areas. Save as the correct name and presto-chango, one alpha map ready to serve. Seriously, there really isn't any need for a whole separate program.  Gia - Sandy Rank 10
