In the Peti vs the Haub debate, the haub wins hands down. Hauby gives you twice the stats of the peti and then some. Yes, you can wait for a hauberk at 69, but you can use the Hauby to make the Hauberk and save yourself time and effort. Or just flat out sell the Hauby and buy the hauberk and possibly get some money back in the transaction.

Now Scorp vs (hq)Peti is a different story.
