OK this was the original file i found in a japanese website it was in a .dds format it took me a while to learn how to use it but i was finally able to use it to make it look like this one below

OK so i finally finished and this is how it looks the first one is the old ff font and the second is the original ffxi font they are both in the file

Update: fixed crash due to /tell chime function added on october update. links are updated
