Since Superior Private is currently the highest, he'll say Lance Corporal.
That doesn't mean we have access to it now, obviously.
I'd bet he'll keep saying the next rank up until they finish with with merc ranks which, though probable, is still indefinite.  Rude, but not wrong. ;x Rank 10 Bastok, Rank 10 San d'Oria, Rank 10 Windurst
