Done it about 8 times, broke the record on the last one with WHM/BLM, WAR/NIN, DRG/WAR.

Just have two melee rush through each jelly starting on the left, have the mage Elemental Seal + Bind the first one on the right, and beat the crap out of them until there aren't any left. The WHM can silence any jellies they want, it does help.

Doing it this way, we managed to beat all the Princess Jellies long before they were able to unite.
