Climbing Parradamo Tor in Attohwa is really quite painless compared to getting to the right ledge in Uleguerand (as you noted). You have to climb Parradamo Tor for CoP mission 3-3 anyway ... and once you've endured the aggravation of finding your way up that mountain once, it's pretty easy to remember how to get up there again, even if it's a few months later.
(All you really have to do is remember which clouds of smoke *don't* go away - there are three - and remember at what point you stop going counterclockwise and start going clockwise.)
Which is good, because when 5 days pass and you can repeat the ENM ... you also get to have the fun of repeating the task to get the key item to get in.   Averter of the Apocalypse~
