Edit~ nm I got it to work. Why is it so slow to move around in or is just me?

I unziped the files to my ffxi folder. The controls as I know them are: (All are NUM LOCK off on the num pad)
8: Move foward
2: Move backword
4: Rotate camera left
6: Rotate camera right
9: Move down
3: Move up
7: Center at 0,0,0
+: Next data file
-: last data file

Hold control and press any movement key to speed up the movment to about 2-3 times what it normaly is. Also, I'v found that movement speed depends on how many pollygons are displayed on screen. I think that number above the XYZ possision is the poly count, but I cant read japanese so I dont know for sure.
