Fail rate just means it has a higher chance of failing without skillups. On earthsday, it's pretty good chance on both. I actually did the Pigaches up to 91 as well. Due to a new source a friend of mine found for Wyvern Skins, i'll be using the Tiger Mask -> Panzer Mask up to 100 now that I have access to the game again.  Craft skills:
