Tonkou no Jutsu:Ichi = The scroll that lets you become invisible?

If so, then this is the quest:

Talk to Keal at Norg to accept the quest. From there, head outside of Norg and back into the Sea Serpent Grotto. From G-6, stick to the right side of the wall and follow it until you get to a room with a ??? (the room is at C-5). Examine it, get a Sealed Box, and return to Keal.
