correct me if i'm wrong..but i dont think there is a guild "teacher" in the fishing guild in selbina. theres 2 guys selling stuff, and 2 guys just standing around. i went there looking for someone to take the test to raise to beginner instead of amatuer and didn't find anyone. which means i need to go to the guild in windurst i think
anybody know ?
