| Actually, I was able to do the Ninja quest easily with a group of low-mid 40's in beta. It wasn't the easiest quest, but not as hard as you might think.
You can defeat the leeches with a good group at level 40 with no problems. The "tunnel of doom" everyone tells you to sneak through can also be fought through around level 42+ if you are VERY careful about what you pull, since all enemies in there are aggro/link. Sneaking is faster, but can also get someone killed if their spells run out too soon.
Of course, you could always beg a higher level character for help, but I personally prefer to do things on my own when I can.
