    Sorry Yygdrasil, I wasn't at my computer for a while and missed your question. Did your friend get it figured out yet?

    I'll ask you... since you seem to be the go-to for installation and system problems anyway. My firend bought ffxiv and he had it custom built a PC to work perfectly for the game. Once I finally installed it and started playing, now it's been 3 weeks and he can't log on at all. When he tries to open the game, the screen that prompts you for your password/username shows up as a blank white box and remains that way until he closes it. He's hardly touched his PC at all since the week he played. On my suggestion, he uninstalled and re-installed the game to no avail. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has changed. None of his PC settings have been altered and nothing of the game has been removed/moved. Is there anything you can think of that would fix this? has this happened to anyone else? Is his only option to call customer support and have them work it out or is there something simpler that we're both overlooking? Any insight you have would be appreciated. Thanks in advance TGM

    Oh crap don't say floods! What was it, like 3 years ago we got hit with flooding here and it took out a big part of my damn video game collection....not to mention my entire album collection. I freak whenever it starts raining hard now. lol

    I live in Glendale, so we didn't get hit that bad with the weather. Though last night was quite stormy as well. First tornados, now floods!

    Yep I do. Just south of it. They said there was a tornado in Franklin which is just west of us so I had to plunk my old hiney in the basement for a while. lol
