Vana'Diel 5e D&D Campaign.

I'm about to run a campaign in Vana'Diel using the 5e rules for D&D. I played FFXI from the NA release into the ToAU, and my memory is a bit rusty.
To generate ideas, and remind myself of the lore, I wanted to ask you:
