Having trouble installing game on PC.

I have Windows 7 64-bit and downloaded the Win 7 POL client and now it is giving an error saying, "Failed to replace the file C:\program files (x86)\playonline\squareenix\playonlineviewer\polhook.dll" Please restart the playonline viewer."

Any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE: I had another program open when I was trying to run it but now when I try to install FFXI it says that i cannot be installed without POL... Ideas?

I'd uninstall PlayOnline and re-install it first, then install FFXI.

Final Fantasy 11 has always had a very peculiar installation process where things have to be installed in precisely the correct order or everything afterwards gets broken.
