login problem please help

i just installed ffxi with all expansions and downloaded ffxi update

now when i click the last :play: buttom, it just goes back to main menu

i looked out for my vid card support
im using intel graphics media accelerator 945gm wich it said is supported

i tried changin resolutions but didnt work, what else it could be? pls i need help fast

Out of curiosity - how did you fix this, I have had no problems for years, but recently rebuilt my PC. I bought a copy of FFXI on Steam and when I tried to play, I have the exact problem you describe: when I get to the last login screen a push play, the screen flickers like it is going to put you into the game and then puts you back into the login screen. Talked to POL Support briefly. Tried disabling security software and reloading new Windows 7 POL off their webapge to ensure I had latest version, but still can't get in.
