    READ HERE FIRST: FFXI English Model Viewer!

    been away for a while, seems Foyle & Phabin's viewer is very outdated
    there is an alternative however that seems popular and improved, i have not used it but I will link it.

    It contains not only the new Chains of Promathia equipment, but the new NPCs and Monsters as well!
    [Controls]
    Move :Left drag or Arrow keys
    Rotate :Right drag or Ctrl+Arrow keys
    Zoom :Right+Left drag or Page Up/Down
    Light :Ctrl+Right drag or 2,4,6,8
    Right :F1 or D
    Left :Shift+F1 or A
    Top :F2 or W
    Bottom :Shift+F2 or Z
    Front :F3 or S
    Back :Shift+F3 or X
    Reset :F4 or Space
    Screen Shot :F11
    To change format of SS got to settings > ScreenShot Formats
    Screenshots save in model viewer folder> screenshots
    Select a animation for weapon to be in the hand

                you must have ffxi in a non-default place
                open the FFXImodelviewer.ini file with notepad and
                look for
                FFXIPath=C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI\
                OriginalDatPath=C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI\ROM3\
                change it to where ever you have ffxi

                      Um...everything but the actual faces is working for me.

                      The hair, and all the equipment works fine, but they have no faces. o.O

                      EDIT: Wait...I can see the faces if I zoom in. Is that how it is for everyone? If you zoom out, do the faces sorta...disappear?

                        Nice! I had an English model viewer before, but it was pretty bad... missing a lot of NPCs and stuff. Good to see somoene picked it up and fixed it.

                          Yay! A English version!
                          I can finally stop having to slowly sound out the Katakana :p

                          And, it acctually has some nice features the JP one did not.
